We aim to deliver your Blyss order quickly and reliably across Sweden.

Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Sweden.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

1–3 business days within Sweden

In many cases, delivery is completed the next business day, depending on your location and selected delivery option.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with PostNord and delivered via:

  • Service points

  • Parcel lockers

  • Home delivery (where available)

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use this to follow your delivery via PostNord.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Other factors outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from a service point or locker within the specified time and is returned to us:

  • We may charge a return handling fee

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
