We want you to feel confident when ordering from Blyss. Below you’ll find information about returns, refunds, and your rights as a customer.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened or consumed beverages cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@blysselixirs.com and include photos so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed beverages

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal 

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
